With the help of a fan wrangler we managed some hair lift in the studio last week for Maddy... love this look!  Who wants to be next???  

Been keeping up a good routine biking 15 miles at the lake almost every day. This morning was a little challenging with some oblivious pedestrians and almost got run over by a car backing up not looking in the right direction, but I survived to live another day and only 5 lbs to my goal weight... 

Gearing up for an awesome senior session later today with Riley of Mt. Carmel High. He's a character so it should be fun!
